shipping and refund policy

Shipping

Standard shipping within the continental US is free on all orders $30 and over, excluding tax, and after discounts are applied. Standard shipping is a flat rate of $5.99 for all orders up to $29.99.

Standard shipping may take from 5-10 business days after the delivery is placed by USPS. 

Delivery time might change depending on your location.

We only ship within the continental United States for orders placed here. Unfortunately, shipping is not available to the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii at the current time.

 

Refund

If you have gotten a damaged or defected product, please contact us immediately with pictures at Support@surmedic.co. 

Once we have seen this, we will be able to help you out either through a refund or a replacement. For refunds and replacements, we can assist only orders createn within 30 days. 

Please note that we cannot refund or replace damaged products that were not sold through our website surmedic.us such as other retailers. 

If the package has been stolen and you are unable to locate it, we are unable to contact USPS or any other carrier facility ourselves, and we cannot take responsibility of it therefore, there will be no refunds. 

We also cannot accept responsibility for personal damages to the items that have been dropped, stolenm, misused, etc.
